Terms of Use
By subscribing, you agree to an initial and recurring periodical subscription fee at the current rate, such as $9.99/month. You will send the amount to Dong Knows Tech via PayPal.
You understand that Dong Knows Tech does not actively charge you and does not have access to your financial information. It only receives the money you send voluntarily. You can cancel the subscription at any time by stopping the payment via your PayPal account.
Refund policy: There is no refund since there is no way to “take back” the benefits. Here’s the contact page. All subscription-related issues are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Dong Knows Tech did not, does not, and will not solicit you to subscribe. This subscription is an option for those wanting to support the site’s honest work or avoid ads. All accounts with a chargeback or refund demand will be permanently banned from the membership’s benefits.
Instructions on how to become a supporter
Before continuing, make sure you agree with the Terms of Use above and read the FAQs section below to understand the subscription better. Please follow these 3 steps closely:
1. Hit one of the Subscribe buttons below to make a payment via PayPal.
When completed, the process will create an account with Dong Knows Tech using the payment email address. This email address will be your username, and it can’t be changed!
2. An automated message will be sent to your email address with instructions on how to log in.
If you don’t receive this message within a few minutes, check your email account’s spam or junk folder. Alternatively, you can immediately follow this link and enter the same email address to reset the account’s password. Contact us if you need more help.
Note that the “dong” in the site’s domain name might not pass some profanity filters. It’s unfair, but such is life. You might want to add dongknows.com to the allowed list.
3. Now log in. Refresh any existing page of the site to apply your logged-in status.
If you use more than one browser, you must log in with each. Also, the login section might expire after a while, and you will need to log in again—this is especially true when you choose to block cookies, etc.

What will happen to my email address?
Nothing. It’s only used to identify you as a subscriber and help you recover your password. It has nothing to do with the site’s newsletter and post notifications. Per the privacy policy, Dong Knows Tech will not use it for any purpose other than sending an automatic initial message with login instructions. If you unsubscribe, your email and other personal information will be permanently removed.
As a subscriber, you’ll be identified as such when you post a comment, at which time you can opt-in to receive notifications when a new post is published.
Is there a trial period?
No, you can read the site even without this subscription. This option is for those who want to support the site’s work deliberately. It’s a form of donation with benefits.
Can I move from one plan to another?
Yes—simply cancel one and then subscribe for another. Or you can have multiple overlapping plans.
I’m locked out. What should I do?
For security reasons, if you enter the wrong username or password multiple times in a row, your WAN IP address will be locked out from your DKT account for 10 minutes—you can still visit the site during this time. The IP will be unlocked automatically—all you can do is wait.
Please don’t keep trying to log in if you haven’t subscribed—your IP might get blocked for an extended period or permanently from viewing the site.

How do I cancel?
You manage that within your PayPal account. If you subscribe as a guest, notify Paypal via the information in your receipt.
Please note that we can’t stop the payments for you—there’s no mechanism for us to do that. All we can do is remove your information from our end, if you so request, and end the subscription’s benefits.
What happens when I cancel?
Your subscription is considered canceled when you stop the payment.
If you have been a subscriber for a week or longer, you can enjoy the benefits until the final paid period ends. After that, your account with Dong Knows Tech will be deleted. If you have been a subscriber for less than a week, regardless of the plan, your account might be deleted immediately upon cancellation.
A deleted account cannot be reactivated. You’ll need to subscribe anew if you change your mind.
How do I sign out?
Click on this link and confirm. You’ll be redirected to the site’s front page. You can also sign out when you leave or reply to comments under any post in case you want to remain anonymous.
How do I change my information?
Follow the 🧝 Profile link in the site’s green welcome banner under the main menu at the top—the link is only available to a logged-in user—to access your profile page.
Note that the username can’t be changed. Also, the profile doesn’t contain your subscription information, which you manage via PayPal.
