What happens when I cancel?
Your subscription is considered canceled when you stop the associated auto payments. In this case:
- If you have been a subscriber for a week or longer, you can enjoy the benefits until the final paid period ends. After that, your account with Dong Knows Tech will be deleted.
- If you have been a subscriber for less than a week, regardless of plan, your account may be deleted immediately upon cancellation.
- If you request that we remove your subscription upon stopping payment, your account will also be deleted immediately.
A deleted account cannot be reactivated. You’ll need to subscribe anew if you change your mind.
